Good news everyone! With the Eurogamer Expo now just around the corner submissions for this year’s Indie Games Arcade are now open!

Although a lot of people come to the Expo to play big games like Assassin’s Creed 3 or Grid 2, or to hear from developers like Hideo Kojima, the Indie Games Arcade has been one of the most popular aspects of the show since Eurogamer.net started doing it. It’s brought thousands of people face to face with games like VVVVVV (2009), Skulls of the Shogun (2010) and Really Big Sky (2011) and the developers love getting uncompromising feedback face to face on the show floor.

The best part is that if you’re an independent game developer who’s interested in exhibiting as part of this year’s Indie Games Arcade, it’s completely free to get involved. Just email david.hayward@eurogamer.net to let him know that you’re interested or if you have any questions. Please provide as much detail on your game as possible to help him decide whether it makes the cut. “Screenshots are good,” says David. “Videos and builds are even better.” Games on all formats are welcome.

You’ll be able to see and play the results on the show floor at the Eurogamer Expo, which takes place (stop me if you’ve heard this bit before?) from 27th-30th September at Earls Court in London.
