If you’re a console gamer, Tuesday is a day you’ve probably been waiting for. While Bloodborne is the big news today, there are plenty of other updates and Indies coming to the PlayStation 4 this week. With that in mind, we’re going to take a quick look at what’s coming, and let you know what you’ll want to have queued up for download later today.

Unless you dwell under a rock, you probably know that Bloodborne arrives today and it’s a game a whole lot of people have been looking forward to. Like Dark Souls or games that crush your will to live? If so, you’ll feel right at home with Bloodborne as it’s tough as nails and built to show the horsepower of the PlayStation 4. Needless to say, if you pre-ordered or plan on picking up Bloodborne today, you probably won’t have time for much else on the list.

Slender: The Arrival is another option if you’re in the mood for a good scare. Unless you’ve been dwelling under a rock, you already know who the Slender Man is so we’ll leave it at that. If you prefer your games to have more humor and less corpses, you may want to check out Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. This is another title gamers have been itching to get their hands on as the Handsome Collection includes revamped versions of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Borderlands 2. Rounding things out are the classic Metal Slug 3, and Yorbie Episode One: Payback’s a Bolt.

In addition to the games we’ve mentioned above, there will be the usual dose of DLC, themes, and other goodies. There’s also a new episode of Powers, which has turned out to be pretty good, so you may want to give it a shot if none of the new releases are up your cup of tea.

Are you going to pick up any of this weeks PlayStation 4 releases?
