Enjoy first person shooters? If so, there’s a good chance you’ve played Payday 2 on Steam or a console. The follow-up has been rumored to slide onto next-gen consoles for quite some time, and today we finally got confirmation of the Payday 2: Crimewave Edition release date for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

We’re just going to cut to the chase with this one. Payday 2: Crimewave Edition will arrive “sometime” in June, and along with it comes a slew of DLC. Seriously, you’re getting a year’s worth of updates and DLC along with a new characters and many more new features including the Big Bank Heist. Needless to say, if it’s been a while since you played it on the Ps3, you’ll be thrilled with all the free swag.

Overkill dropped the ball (numerous times) with the Ps3 and Xbox release of Payday 2, and while news of a June release is great, some folks are still going to be a little leery.
