The new X-Men flick has been out for a while now, and the movie tie-in game that launched alongside the game has been noticeably absent on Google Play. That hasn’t changed, but Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past has finally arrived for Android via the Amazon App Store. Don’t get too excited just yet…
Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past is a game from GlitchSoft, makers of the awesome (looking) He-Man game we hope you’ve played – it’s really cool. Needless to say, we were excited to hear about it as it’s a side-scroller featuring Wolvie and the gang, and it’s based off the original material by Byrne and Claremont.
According to the description, you’ll be able to play as different mutants, beat up bosses (Nimrod!!) and upgrade your abilities. There are plenty of items to search for and collect as well, so X-Men fanatics should be pleased with Days of Future Past.
At this time, Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past is only available on the Amazon Appstore, and the early reviews are mixed as some are reporting problems getting the game to run. It may be a device dependent issue, but you’ll want to keep it in mind as the game is over 500MB and costs $2.99. If you want to give it a whirl, you can it up on Amazon at the link below.
