With MLB 2K11 just a short time away from launch, 2K Sports released the official trailer for the game and it is everything you want. Set to the song “Rearviewmirror” from Pearl Jam, the trailer features a bunch of in-game footage featuring Roy Halladay, Brian Wilson, Tim Lincecum and others with the flashy new player models and animations, error reaction, diving, catching, home runs, and fastball pitching.

A new Developer Diary is also available that features Gameplay Designer Sean Bailey talking about the mechanics of swinging and hitting, as well as the updated camera angles that give the presentation a greater realistic feel.
