I’m a sucker for a good sniper game, and when they involve Stickman snipers… well, just say I’m sold. If you feel the same way, you’ll be pleased to know a new stickly sniper has just rolled onto Google Play by the name of Optical Inquisitor 17+.
Optical Inquisitor 17+ is the tale of Tommy Rissken, a man betrayed by his friends and sent to prison for an 8 year stint. Needless to say, Tommy is a little pissed when he gets out and revenge will be his one way or another. In this case it’s going to come in the form of a sniper rifle and a whole lot of bullets.
If you’ve played a few missions from the Clear Vision series, you’ll have no problem getting down to business in Optical Inquisitor 17+. The shooting is handled the same way (drag and tap), but there are some new elements (mini-games) that help set it apart from the pack. That and the fact that Optical Inquisitor 17+ is coated in 80s goodness from the big blocky cell phone to the pumping 80s soundtrack. Good stuff if you dig the decade.
Optical Inquisitor 17+ appears to be a slick little sniper game, but I haven’t seen enough of it yet to know how things pan out in the depth department. There’s an IAP to unlock the ‘full game’ for $0.99 and another that unlocks the censored ‘black bar’ and removes ads. The game is listed as free in the Play Store with no mention of either. If you want to give it a shot… you can pick up Optical Inquisitor 17+ for ‘free’ on Google Play.
