I Am Alive, The highly anticpated game from Ubisoft, will never make it to the store shelves.  Instead, the game will come out as a downloadable game sometime in 2011 for Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network, according to producer Jade Raymond.  The game was also originally planned for release on the PC, but it seems that version has been cancelled.

Little is known about I Am Alive.  What we do know is that the game takes place in Chicago, which was destroyed by a massive earthquake.  Finding food and water are the most important aspects of the game.

I Am Alive has been worked on by many studios of Ubisoft, but no studio has had success  working on it.  Therefore, the game will only release in downloadable form.
