Oh, well what do we have here? Seems like the guys at Chinese Website IT168 have already got their hands on the latest PlayStation Phone.  The device itself hasn’t been officially announced yet.  The device could be either real or fake (No offense to all my Chinese friends, you guys are good at faking gadgets). From the sources, they also stated the device isn’t the final production model yet. Anyway, let’s get to the point. These are the specs of the device as per IT168.

The model they reviewed had a built in 1GHz Snapdragon QSD8255 processor and Qualcomm Adreno 205 GPU. The benchmark conducted on the phone resulted in just under 60 frames-per-second. Pretty cool eh?
It’s also packing 512 MB of RAM, 512 MB of ROM and slots for a micro USB cable along with microSD Slot, therefore you can expand the system memory and SIM card. The device has a 4-inch (854 x 480 resolution) screen with a 5 megapixel camera. The interface is said to be set to a default phone display but has a “PlayStation Pocket” application that when pressed, brings up the PlayStation XMB interface to launch games and other PlayStation related options.
