Splinter Cell: Blacklist places players back in Sam Fisher’s shoes for the sixth time. Sam, now the leader of Fourth Echelon, is sent on a mission to hunt down a terrorist organisation attacking the United States.

Blacklist promises to bring back the same tagging and execution system from Conviction. The extremely popular multiplayer mode, Spy Vs Mercs, from Double Agent is also making a return.

I don’t know about you but I had a blast with Conviction. Clearing out a room seamlessly, in one fluid motion, was both visually impressive and extremely addictive. I am eagerly awaiting the sequel.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist comes to 360, PS3, PC and WiiU on August 21st in the US and August 23rd in the EU.
